Italian Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 is the incorporation into Italy of the European regulation on whistleblowing, i.e. the reporting of offences of which a person (an employee, collaborator, professional, volunteer, shareholder, administrator, etc.) has become aware due to their work-related relationship with the Company.
In order to comply with this regulation, Luxor Spa has implemented an internal reporting channel that guarantees the greatest confidentiality in terms of protecting the identity of the Whistleblower and the person(s) involved or mentioned in the report
